Collection Method of Your Personal Data and its Legal Reason

To fulfill our legal obligations as an employer, to fulfill the employment contract between us, for reasons stipulated by laws and for the legitimate interests of the Company, that we have requested from you personally during your job application, through our platform or other employment providing platforms, or to share with us during your job application. We collect your personal data contained in your preferred CV or other texts you share regarding your application, by you submitting it to us physically or electronically and recording information open to the access of third parties to the Company's computer programs, applications and servers or the internet environment open to the use of more than one person.

In accordance with the legitimate interest of the Company in pursuing business, through systems that control entry and exit times; In order to ensure workplace safety and to fulfill our legal obligations, we collect the data regarding the tracking of your vehicle and gasoline usage, through the tracking devices we install on the vehicles of the Company.

In accordance with the legal obligation and legitimate interest of the Company to provide workplace security, we collect it through the cameras we place in the workplace building.

For the legitimate interest of the Company to train its employees to provide effective customer support services, we collect your voice recordings through the audio recording program we use.

In order to fulfill our legal obligation and due to the stipulation of the laws, we collect your health data physically and personal data from the building management physically or electronically through our workplace doctor.

In order to fulfill our legal obligations, we collect it through legal documents and notifications sent to us.

In accordance with the legitimate interest of the Company to improve the platform and make it more effective, we collect your personal data through the cookies used on our website, as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed by the Company for similar purposes and reasons such as but not limited to the purposes and legal reasons stated below.

Fulfillment of the purpose required for the performance of the employment contract, especially;

Your personal data will be retained for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and in any case, for the statutory limitation period.

Sharing Your Personal Data with Third Persons in the Country

Your personal data for your security and the fulfillment of our Company's obligations against the law, Labor Law, Worker Health and Occupational Safety Law, Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law, the Law on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications, Turkish Related institutions or organizations to the extent permitted and required by the provisions of the Commercial Code, Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, Identity Disclosure Law and other legislation provisions; It can be shared with public legal entities such as the Personal Data Protection Authority, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Customs and Trade, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Turkish Employment Agency (İş-Kur), and the Information Technologies and Communication Authority. For example; Personal data of employees are shared with the Social Security Institution in order to pay employee and employer premiums.

Fulfillment of the purpose required for the performance of the employment contract, especially;

• In order to carry out payroll transactions and update the relevant data, we can process it in Logo accounting program. These data are stored in the application's own data recording medium.

In order to fulfill the requirements within the scope of Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Social Security Law and related legislation, other laws and legislation, especially;

  • We can share it with the consultancy firms and private employment offices we work with in order to obtain consultancy on the determination and calculation of the incentives that we can benefit within the scope of R&D legislation.
  • We can share your health data with our workplace doctor so that they can perform treatment and health checks.
  • We are able to transfer payroll information to company auditors so that they can perform their audit activities.

In order to ensure security within the company, especially;

• We can transfer it to the workplace building management to inspect the entrances and exits for workplace safety.

For fulfilling our legal obligations, especially;

In order for us to exercise our right of defense, we can be shared with our lawyers and relevant institutions within the framework of our obligation to fulfill legal requests such as court order or evidence request, provided that it is in accordance with the law and procedure.

For the management of the company, the execution of the business, the implementation of company policies, especially;

  • We are able to transfer your personal data to the companies we are affiliated with or cooperate with in order to ensure our internal operation.
  • In order to protect the company data storage capacity, we can transfer it to archive companies so that it can be stored during the retention periods.
  • Required personal data can be transferred to the company we work with for reasons such as transportation, vehicle supply, business card printing, parking lot registration.

Sharing Your Personal Data with Third Parties Abroad

If you give your consent, your personal data can be shared with third parties abroad for communication, travel organization and mass e-mails.

Your Rights

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity to us personally;

  • To find out whether the Company has processed personal data about you, if so, to request information about it
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
  • You have the right to learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom.

In addition, you have the right to request from the Company to correct your inaccurate and incomplete personal data and to inform the recipients that their data may or may have been transferred.

You can request from the Company the destruction (deletion, destruction or anonymization) of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in article 7 of the KVKK. At the same time, you can request that third parties to whom the data is or may be transferred are informed about your destruction request. However, by evaluating your request for destruction, we will evaluate which method is appropriate according to the conditions of the concrete event. In this context, you can always request information from us about why we chose the destruction method we chose.

You can object to the results of your personal data analysis created exclusively using an automated system if these results are contrary to your interests.

If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request the compensation of the damage.

Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles for the Data Controller may be charged.

For matters related to the processing of your personal data, you can submit your application by filling out the application form on the Company's website, in writing or by registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or e-mail that you have previously notified to us and included in our records. You have to deliver it to our Company using your address. According to the nature of your request and your application method, the Company may request additional verification (such as sending a message to your registered phone, calling) in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus to protect your rights. For example, if you make an application through your e-mail address registered with the Company, we can reach you using another communication method registered in the Company and ask for confirmation of whether the application belongs to you.
